Home-Use Copyright, License Terms, and Conditions (End User License Agreement - EULA).
This license applies strictly to personal, home use.
By purchasing a product, downloading free content, and/or using VSKYLABS virtual products, files, and archives, you agree to the following Terms, Copyright, and Disclaimer:
COPYRIGHT & LICENSE INFORMATION
- Scope of Use
VSKYLABS virtual products, files, and archives are licensed for personal, home use only. - Transferability
This license is non-transferable. It may not be sold, sublicensed, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any third party. - No Commercial Use
Use of VSKYLABS products for any commercial purpose is prohibited under this license.
For commercial use, a dedicated Commercial License Agreement must be obtained directly from VSKYLABS. These agreements define the terms, conditions, and scope of commercial use.

Making private modifications for your own use is allowed (including but not limited to editing configuration files, liveries, or aircraft settings). Such modifications are strictly for personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, sublicensed, or sold under any circumstances. - Reverse Engineering / Extraction
Decompilation, reverse engineering, or extraction of any models, assets, code, or systems from VSKYLABS products for use in other projects (private or commercial) is strictly prohibited. - No 3D Printing or Physical Reproduction
VSKYLABS products, models, and assets are strictly digital and may not be used for 3D printing, physical reproduction, or manufacturing in any form. Conversion of digital files into physical models or components, whether for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, is prohibited.
- No Redistribution
Sharing, copying, uploading, or distributing a VSKYLABS product, archive, or any part thereof, whether modified or not, is strictly prohibited. - No File Inclusion
Inclusion of any individual VSKYLABS file in another archive or package is prohibited. For example: you may not upload an aircraft package that uses VSKYLABS models or flight dynamics as part of your own distribution. - Dependencies
VSKYLABS virtual products require a legal copy of X-Plane® by Laminar Research to function, and are subject to Laminar Research’s licensing and EULA. - Development Changes
VSKYLABS may change, suspend, or cancel any future product development, or update plan at any time. Regardless of such changes, these license terms and restrictions remain binding and enforceable. - Refund Policy
VSKYLABS products are digital goods. All sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded. However, if you encounter a serious technical issue that prevents proper use of the product, please contact VSKYLABS support. We will do our best to assist you or, if applicable, provide a resolution. - Warranty Disclaimer
VSKYLABS products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. - Respect for Author Rights
All rights, decisions, and wishes of VSKYLABS concerning its projects, archives, and content must be fully respected. - License Modifications
VSKYLABS reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this license at any time. Any such changes will apply to all future downloads and purchases, and continued use of VSKYLABS products after publication of the updated license constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Termination & Enforcement
Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of this license, in which case the user must cease all use of the product. VSKYLABS reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or entity found to be in breach of these terms.
